Frequently asked
What counts as a "transaction"?
A transaction is one successful data transfer or record processed — e.g. one invoice pushed from a POS to QuickBooks, or one compliance document submitted to EFRIS. Failed or retried attempts don't count toward your limit.
Can I change plans or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No lock-in contracts. Downgrades are prorated.
How do overages work on Pro?
Pro includes 100,000 transactions/month. Any additional transactions cost $0.01 each. You'll see overage charges on your next invoice. We'll notify you if you're approaching your limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and mobile money (MTN, Airtel). Enterprise customers can pay via wire transfer or invoice. Contact our sales team for custom arrangements.
Do you offer annual discounts?
